The registration desk will be available throughout the day for late registrants.
Online registrations completed with debit/credit card, mobile money are processed immediately. Alternatively bank transfers and payments made to the Africa Blockchain Conference offices will be processed within 2 – 3days.
After 5pm (local time) on Tuesday 22nd April 2018, Africa Blockchain Conference will not accept payments for the attendee registration.
What if I'm unable to attend?
What if I have to transfer my registration?
Requests for transfers must be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm (local time) on Monday 21st March 2018. A new delegate ticket will be produced and email to the new delegate.
Onsite Registration Policies and Procedures
Africa Blockchain Conference accepts VISA, MasterCard, Meastro, Mobile Money payments or BTC for payment of registration fees.
Please note: All registration fees are non-refundable.
Registration materials will be released only to the individual whose name appears on the confirmation ticket. Photo identification (driver’s license or passport), credit card, or conference registration confirmation (barcode) will be required. Business cards are not an acceptable form of identification. Badges are non-transferable.

We Respect Your Privacy
Your name, address, phone number and email addresses are stored in the barcode on your conference badge. If you allow an exhibitor to scan your badge, you will be releasing your information to that exhibitor. You should consider your name badge barcode as an electronic business card, enabling you to easily provide your information to an exhibitor if you choose to do so.
Video & Photography
Video recording and hybrid events (including webcams, webinars, streaming video content) are prohibited inside the New York Hilton Midtown unless you have written permission from the Africa Blockchain Conference Project Team.
Photographs may not be taken of any booth or product other than your own, except by the press or the official photographer designated by Africa Blockchain Conference.
By registering for the Africa Blockchain Conference 2018, you acknowledge and accept that photographs or video taken of you by the Africa Blockchain Conference or its service providers, may be used for promotional materials of Africa Blockchain Conference, including but not limited to use in future conference programs or other promotional material, and on the Internet by Africa Blockchain Conference and its service providers.
Badge Ethics, Counterfeiting & Theft
Only persons registered for this conference and wearing the proper badge will be admitted to the conference. For security and safety reasons, badges must be worn at all times.
Anyone found to be counterfeiting, copying or sharing conference name badges, or using a guest badge when s/he is not eligible for a guest badge, may be subject to sanctions up to and including removal from the conference.
